Enjoy completely free shipping when you complete an order worth 1000 riyals or more .
Second: Available delivery and shipping options
1. Express delivery service (couriers)
Our fastest option for same-day delivery to nearby areas:
- Dammam, Qatif, and Saihat: Delivery costs start from 40 riyals .
- Al-Khobar and Aziziyah Al-Khobar: Delivery cost is 85 riyals .
- Jubail: Delivery cost is 250 riyals .
2. SMSA Express Company (within the Kingdom)
It covers all parts of Saudi Arabia according to the following expected dates:
- Riyadh and Dammam: Within two working days.
- Jeddah: Within 3 working days.
- Other cities: within 5 working days.
3. Fastlo Company (within the Kingdom)
It covers all cities in Saudi Arabia within 2 to 5 working days at a cost of 57.5 riyals (up to 15 kg).
- Fastlo's cash-on-delivery policy: The service is available for a fee of 2 riyals . Due to the nature of the products, a deposit of 300 riyals is required to guarantee delivery and complete the shipping process.
- Note: The deposit amount (300 riyals) will be refunded to the customer immediately upon confirmation of receipt of the order and payment of its full value to the Fastlo company representative.
4. FedEx (Gulf and international)
The international flight takes 2 to 12 working days at a fixed cost of 350 riyals .
- Please note: For shipments outside the Kingdom, the customer is responsible for paying any taxes and customs duties that may be imposed by their country. We advise you to check the customs laws of the recipient's country before ordering.
Third: Available payment methods
We offer you a variety of secure payment options:
- Cash on delivery: Available to all cities in the Kingdom (for a fee of 2 riyals and subject to the aforementioned security deposit).
- Mada: Free.
- Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard): Free.
- Apple Pay & STC Pay: Free.
